Examine the canal with manual stainless steel files 10 and 15.

Use an Open File at 350 RPM and 3 Newton-centimeters torque, and after irrigation, use files of dimensions (%219 or %615) at 300 RPM and 2 to 3 Newton-centimeters torque to open the canal and create a Glide Path.

After creating the Glide Path, continue using the remaining sizes in sequence until reaching final preparation.

Please use a very gentle forward stroke with a range of 1 to 2 millimeters and a backward stroke with a range of 4 millimeters.
