Ora-Aid intraoral patches protect the wound site and tooth socket from food debris and cigarette smoke, helping to prevent inflammation and disruption of the hemostasis process at the surgical site.

In this video, you can see how the dentist uses scissors to trim the patch according to the shape and size of the wound and then places it over the extraction socket of tooth #6. The patch is subsequently covered with a flowable dressing material for additional protection.

Key features of Ora-Aid include:

• Supports the hemostasis process
• Excellent adhesion to intraoral tissues due to its hydrophilic polymer (Hydroxyethyl Cellulose)
• Protects the wound site from irritation caused by tongue movement
• Helps reduce wound discomfort and burning sensation
• Impregnated with Vitamin E
• Easy to use and can be cut to the desired size and shape

Ora-Aid is currently available through the online store section of our website in two sizes: 25 × 15 mm and 50 × 15 mm.
