🦷💜 One-Day Technology-Based Endodontics Workshop

With the aim of enhancing general dentists’ practical skills in root canal treatment, a one-day specialized Endodontics workshop will be held, led by Dr. Eshaq Ali Saberi, Endodontist.

Focusing on modern, technology-based approaches to root canal treatment, this workshop provides an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of clinical decision-making, proper case selection, and the safe and precise execution of treatment procedures.

Participants will learn how to assess endodontic case complexity based on clinical examination and initial radiographs, and develop an appropriate treatment plan according to dental anatomy. Key topics will include taking and interpreting periapical radiographs, creating a conservative yet complete access cavity, identifying main, hidden, and calcified canals, and correctly performing the Negotiation, Patency, and Glide Path procedures.

The workshop will also cover the effective use of loupes and microscopes to improve visibility and clinical control, selecting suitable canal preparation systems based on root canal anatomy, and observing safety principles during chemical and mechanical debridement and irrigation.

Furthermore, participants will explore case selection for Single Cone obturation using bioceramic sealers, evaluation of obturation quality on final radiographs, and identification of complex or high-risk cases that require referral to an endodontic specialist.

🌟 A valuable step toward enhancing clinical skills, informed decision-making, and the quality of endodontic treatment.
